About This Device
Panorama's C240SP-10SMAJ-5GB covers the gap between antenna and radio with 10 m (32.8 ft) of CS240 coax, factory-terminated SMA male to SMA female. The assembly is built on CS240, Panorama's 6.1 mm ultra-low-loss double-screened coax. It is the cable Panorama specifies when the antenna sits well away from the router and every decibel of margin counts. A flame-retardant, zero-halogen (FRZH) jacket adds a margin of safety for in-building runs where cable fire behavior is regulated. The SMA male end threads onto the SMA female antenna ports found on most cellular routers and gateways, including Cradlepoint, Teltonika, Digi, Peplink, and Sierra Wireless hardware. The SMA female (jack) end accepts any standard SMA male antenna or jumper, which makes this assembly a straight in-line extension for an existing antenna run. This variant carries a factory-fitted "5GB" identification label, matching the port markings on Panorama's multi-element 5G antennas. When you pull four identical runs to a 4x4 MIMO antenna, the 5GB label ties this cable to antenna element B at both ends of the run, which removes the guesswork at hookup time. Keep installation habits simple: choose the shortest length that completes the run, avoid crushing or kinking the cable at panel exits, and dress it away from power looms where you can. A short service loop at each end makes future service painless. Panorama Antennas has designed and manufactured antenna systems and RF cable assemblies since 1947, and every CS240 assembly ships with its connectors fitted and tested before it leaves the factory - eliminating the most common failure point in field-built coax.
