RX30-series accessories mount directly to the R1900, drawing power and management from the host so the combined stack behaves as a single device in NetCloud. The modem bay is the headline feature. Fitted with a separately purchased MC400 modular modem—such as the MB-MC400-5GB—the R1900 gains a second cellular radio, allowing SIMs from two carriers to run simultaneously with automatic failover. That dual-carrier design is standard practice for ambulances, patrol vehicles, and transit fleets, where a single network's coverage gaps are unacceptable.
