Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of cloudcarenetworks.com and your purchase of devices and connectivity plans from Cloud Care Networks, an Illinois business located at 1530 E Dundee Rd STE 333, Palatine, IL 60074. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout.
• Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.
• Product images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and are for reference; minor variations may occur.

• Plans are month-to-month with no contract and no credit check. Your first month is charged at checkout; the plan then renews automatically each month on your billing date until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; service continues until then. We do not prorate partial months.
• Plans are subject to the network management and acceptable-use policies of our underlying wireless network partners. Excessive or prohibited use (e.g., resale, abusive automated traffic) may result in throttling or termination.
• Coverage and speeds vary by location, network conditions, and device, and are not guaranteed.

Payments — including recurring plan charges you authorize at checkout — are processed securely by Authorize.net. By attaching a plan to your order you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. If a recurring charge fails, we may retry it and suspend service until payment is resolved.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Return Policy. In short: free shipping on devices, and 30-day returns on unopened devices.

Devices are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Care Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including losses arising from network outages or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or your plan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
