When an antenna cannot sit next to the equipment it feeds, the cable in between decides how much signal actually arrives. The Panorama C29F-5SMARV covers that gap with 5 m (16.4 ft) of CS29 low-loss coax, factory-terminated with a compact FME female jack and a reverse-polarity SMA male plug. Panorama's CS29 cable is double-screened 5 mm coax with a stranded centre conductor and semi-air-spaced dielectric, running at the 50-ohm impedance used across cellular, GNSS and Wi-Fi RF paths. The stranded centre conductor keeps the cable flexible for tight routing, while the double screen holds attenuation low across cellular, GNSS and ISM frequencies. Because both connectors are terminated and tested at the factory, you avoid the loss and reliability penalties of field crimping. On the equipment side, the RP-SMA plug mates with the RP-SMA female jacks used on Wi-Fi access points, routers and many consumer gateways. At the other end, the FME jack connects to FME male terminations, and it adapts to SMA, TNC or N-type via low-cost FME adapters. Typical uses include extending Wi-Fi antennas away from routers and access points and placing an antenna outside a cabinet, ceiling void or NEMA enclosure. Route the cable with gentle bends, avoid crushing it under cable ties, and snug threaded connectors evenly to keep the RF joint consistent.
