About This Device

When an antenna cannot sit next to the equipment it feeds, the cable in between decides how much signal actually arrives. The Panorama C29NP-5SP covers that gap with 5 m (16.4 ft) of CS29 low-loss coax, factory-terminated with a weather-ready N-type male plug and a threaded SMA male plug. Panorama's CS29 cable is double-screened 5 mm coax with a stranded centre conductor and semi-air-spaced dielectric, running at the 50-ohm impedance used across cellular, GNSS and Wi-Fi RF paths. The stranded centre conductor keeps the cable flexible for tight routing, while the double screen holds attenuation low across cellular, GNSS and ISM frequencies. Because both connectors are terminated and tested at the factory, you avoid the loss and reliability penalties of field crimping. On the equipment side, the SMA plug mates with the SMA female antenna ports found on most cellular routers and gateways from Cradlepoint, Teltonika, Digi and Peplink. At the other end, the N plug connects to the N-type female base found on most outdoor omni and panel antennas. Typical uses include connecting outdoor omni or panel antennas to indoor cellular routers and building riser and rooftop antenna runs for fixed wireless access. Route the cable with gentle bends, avoid crushing it under cable ties, and snug threaded connectors evenly to keep the RF joint consistent. For IT teams and installers, a pre-terminated Panorama assembly is the fast path to a clean, repeatable install: pick the length, match the connectors, and skip the crimp tooling entirely.
