About This Device

The Panorama ER-MADM9L5M-5F-B is a 9-in-1 combination antenna from Panorama's ER transportation platform, consolidating 4x cellular + 4x Wi-Fi + 1x GPS/GNSS (L1/L5 dual-band) into a rugged through-hole dome engineered for transit, rail, and emergency vehicle rooftops. The four cellular elements are 5G-ready ultra-wideband radiators supporting 4x4 MIMO on 4G LTE and sub-6 GHz 5G NR. Four dual-purpose Wi-Fi elements handle passenger hotspot, depot offload, or local device connectivity without a second antenna footprint. The GPS/GNSS (L1/L5 dual-band) element supplies positioning for AVL and telematics; dual-band L1/L5 reception sharpens accuracy in urban canyons where single-band GNSS drifts. Cables are 5 m and factory-fitted, so the loom routes from roof to rack in one pass with no splices or junctions. A single mounting point cuts roof penetrations, leak paths, and install labor versus separate cellular, Wi-Fi, and GNSS antennas, and the black housing is built to shrug off wash tunnels, weather, and vibration in daily commercial service. It is a proven format for buses, light rail, ambulances, and refuse fleets standardizing their connected-vehicle architecture.
