About This Device

The Sharkee Pro is Panorama's updated take on its benchmark OEM-style sharkfin, and the GPSD-7-42-D configures it for modern two-port routers: a pair of wideband cellular elements delivers 2x2 MiMo across 4G LTE and sub-6 GHz 5G NR service, while 2x Wi-Fi 6E elements covering the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands handle in-vehicle access or Wi-Fi WAN offload on current-generation radios. Positioning comes from an L1 GPS/GNSS antenna for dependable fleet tracking and timing. A whip position on the housing accepts VHF/UHF antennas so voice radio can share the same single roof penetration, and the black automotive-style fin mounts through one panel hole with a weather-sealing gasket. Note that antenna cables are not included: the Sharkee Pro uses a modular cabling approach, so you specify cable length and connector types (SMA, FAKRA, and others) to match each vehicle and router rather than paying for a fixed loom that never quite fits. The result is a clean, factory-look installation that feeds every port on a compact cellular router. Because the cellular and Wi-Fi elements are passive and carrier-agnostic, the GPSD-7-42-D works with any router brand and any SIM — the modem stays in the vehicle electronics while the sharkfin makes sure it hears the network.
