About This Device
Fleet and public-safety installers standardize on the Panorama Sharkfin range because it puts an entire connectivity stack under one discreet, OEM-styled housing. The GPSD2S4-7-38-D24 configuration provides 2x2 MIMO cellular + 2x active GNSS + 2x 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with single-hole roof or panel mount - one hole in the roof instead of a farm of separate antennas, which means less vehicle damage, faster installs, and a cleaner look.
The 2x2 cellular section covers 698-960 MHz and 1710-3800 MHz, with separately fed, isolated elements so 4G LTE and sub-3.8 GHz 5G NR routers see genuine MIMO gains rather than a single element split across ports. Each of the 2 active GNSS modules (GPS/GNSS) uses a 26 dB gain LNA with advanced filtering including LTE Band 13/14 rejection, keeping position fixes stable inches from a transmitting cellular element. 2 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi elements handle in-vehicle hotspot, offload, or depot Wi-Fi duty.
The housing mounts through a single fixing and fits between the roof ribs of all major vehicle manufacturers, making retrofits straightforward. Leads are individually terminated (SMA as standard) for direct connection to Cradlepoint, Sierra Wireless, Digi, and Peplink-class routers. For mixed fleets, the Sharkfin family lets you scale element counts per vehicle role while keeping one mounting footprint.
