About This Device
The GPSD4-6-60 series is one of Panorama's higher element-count dome families, combining multiple cellular MIMO, GNSS, and Wi-Fi feeds in a single permanent roof mount. Antennas in this class represent a meaningful hardware investment, and they routinely outlast the vehicles they are first installed on — which makes clean removal and remounting a standard part of their life cycle.
The catch is that bolt-through antenna installations seal with components that compress and conform once. Pull the dome for a vehicle transfer, bodywork, or repositioning, and the original sealing and fixing parts are no longer trustworthy; remounting with them is how water finds its way into headliners and wiring looms. The KRV403 reinstall kit eliminates that risk by supplying fresh, series-matched installation hardware, so the second (or third) installation seals and clamps like the first.
At roughly 2 lb packaged, the kit ships individually under Panorama part number KRV403. Fleet service operations typically stock reinstall kits by housing family — KRV400 for LGMM, KRV401 for GPSD/SHKG, KRV406 for Great White — and attach the correct kit to every antenna-removal work order as a matter of procedure. Note that despite how some catalogs classify it, this is vehicle antenna mounting hardware, not a rack accessory: it belongs in the antenna service kit, next to the spare gaskets and mount adaptors.
