About This Device
Most wall adapters force a choice: convenient AC plug, but a fixed DC connector that may not match your device. The PR315USA removes the second half of that equation. It plugs into a standard US outlet and delivers a regulated 12 V at up to 1.5 A — 18 W — through a 2000 mm (about 6.5 ft) two-wire cable that ends in crimped open wires rather than a molded plug.
That open-ended design is aimed at panel and enclosure work. Land the wires on a terminal block, feed a device with screw-terminal power inputs, or terminate into the 4-pin connector kit Teltonika offers for its routers. The crimped ends are ready for immediate termination without stripping fresh conductor, and the two-meter reach means the outlet does not have to sit next to the enclosure.
A 12 V rail at 1.5 A comfortably covers a wide range of Teltonika routers and gateways — verify your specific device's input range and power draw against the 18 W capacity before committing, especially if the same rail will feed accessories. Because the output is hardwired rather than plugged, installations gain a measure of tamper- and vibration-resistance: there is no barrel joint to work loose.
For integrators, the PR315USA is the fastest path from wall outlet to terminal block: no separate DIN-rail supply to mount, no AC wiring inside the panel, just a listed adapter outside and clean 12 V DC inside. Keep the polarity marking of the two conductors in mind and fuse per your panel standard.
