About This Device

Cradlepoint's E100 Series is the small-branch workhorse of the NetCloud portfolio: a compact, all-in-one router for sites that need dependable WAN, Wi-Fi, and security without on-site IT. This package bundles the E100-C7C with a 3-year NetCloud Small Branch Essentials & Advanced subscription, so cloud management, NetCloud OS updates, and 24x7 support are covered for the life of the deployment in a single purchase. The embedded LTE Cat 7 (up to 300 Mbps) modem carries dual SIM slots, letting you load two carriers and fail between them automatically — run cellular as the site's primary WAN, or attach wired broadband and keep cellular as backup. Dual-band Wi-Fi serves laptops, tablets, printers, and IoT devices locally, while Gigabit Ethernet ports handle POS terminals, cameras, and other wired gear. A USB port adds expansion flexibility. The Advanced license adds extended security and routing features on top of Essentials. Deployment is genuinely plug-in simple: NetCloud zero-touch provisioning means a store employee can cable the router while your team pushes configuration, security policy, and VPN settings remotely from NetCloud Manager. The same console gives you fleet-wide visibility, alerts, and remote troubleshooting across every location, which is why the E100 is a favorite for retail chains, quick-service restaurants, kiosks, ATMs, and pop-up sites. This is the North America SKU, with modem certification aimed at major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Cradlepoint hardware requires an active NetCloud subscription; the bundled 3-year term keeps this router licensed, supported, and under warranty throughout.
