This U.S. & Canada package pairs the E3000 with an embedded 5G modem, Wi-Fi 6 and a 5-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan. The modem supports 5G NR NSA/SA with LTE Advanced Pro Cat 20 and dual SIM slots. The router adds 11 wired ports including 2.5GbE and 10GbE SFP+, four 802.3bt PoE ports, and cloud management through NetCloud Manager for the full term.

The Ericsson Cradlepoint E3000 is built for medium-size branch locations that need routing, security, switching, PoE and Wi-Fi in one metal chassis. This package, part number BF05-30005GB-GN, combines the E3000 in its 5GB configuration with Wi-Fi and a 5-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan for the U.S. and Canada. The embedded 5G modem provides connectivity on day one, before a wired circuit arrives. Once broadband is installed, the router can terminate that wired link as primary and keep 5G or LTE as failover.

The 5GB modem supports 5G FR1 in NSA and SA modes across 19 NR bands, including n41, n71 and n77. It also supports LTE Advanced Pro Category 20 with up to 7 downlink carriers, dual 2FF SIM slots, 4x4 MIMO and CBRS Band 48 for private cellular networks. Four 600 MHz to 6 GHz paddle antennas are included. On the wired side, the E3000 has nine GbE ports, one 2.5GbE port and one 10GbE SFP+ port, all LAN/WAN switchable. Four 802.3bt PoE ports deliver up to 90 W each, from a 140 W total budget. The dual-band 4x4 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6 radios support WPA3.

Rated performance includes a 2 Gbps stateful firewall, 1.5 Gbps IPS and application-aware services, 400 Mbps IPsec VPN, 20 concurrent VPN tunnels and 130,000 TCP sessions for about 100 typical clients. An MC400 slot adds a second modem for dual cellular connectivity. VRRP pairing supports hardware redundancy.

The Essentials plan covers NetCloud Manager, software and firmware updates, and 24x7 support for the full five years. It also covers the hardware under a limited lifetime warranty while the subscription is active.
