The Cradlepoint E3000 is an all-in-one enterprise branch router that combines an embedded 5G modem, 4x4 Wi-Fi 6 and full switching. It offers nine GbE ports, a 2.5GbE port, a 10GbE SFP+ port and four 802.3bt PoE ports. This part number bundles the E3000 in its 5GB with Wi-Fi configuration with a 1-Year Ericsson NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials Plan. It is the TAA-compliant U.S. Federal Government ordering option, built for larger branches, healthcare, financial and retail sites that need security services at scale.

The Cradlepoint E3000 (part number TAA-BF01-30005GB-GN) pairs an E3000 enterprise router in its 5GB with Wi-Fi configuration with a 1-Year Ericsson NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials Plan. It is the TAA-compliant SKU for U.S. Federal Government ordering. Ericsson positions the E3000 for fixed offices, healthcare, financial services and retail locations that need security services with performance. Routing, security, PoE switching and Wi-Fi share one metal enclosure, so a branch can connect without extra hardware.

The embedded 5G modem supports 5G FR1 in NSA and SA modes, with LTE Advanced Pro Category 20. Peak rates reach up to 4.14 Gbps downlink and 660 Mbps uplink. It has dual 2FF SIM slots, 4x4 MIMO and four included 600 MHz to 6 GHz paddle antennas. The modem supports FirstNet Trusted, T-Mobile Connecting Heroes and Verizon Frontline Verified public safety networks, plus private cellular on CBRS Band 48. An MC400 slot (up to 1 Gbps) adds a second modem, and VRRP pairing with a mirrored router adds hardware redundancy.

The wired side offers 9 x GbE, 1 x 2.5GbE and 1 x 10GbE SFP+, all LAN/WAN switchable, with an RJ45 console port. Four 802.3bt PoE Type 3/4 ports deliver up to 90 W each from a 140 W budget, enough to power access points, cameras and phones. The 4x4 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6 radio runs 2,400 Mbps at 5 GHz with external antennas and WPA3. Rated performance includes a 2 Gbps stateful firewall, 1.5 Gbps IPS and application-aware services, 400 Mbps IPsec VPN, 20 VPN tunnels and 64 VLANs, sized for about 100 typical clients.
