Cloud Care Networks is operated by Cloud Care LLC (“Cloud Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website at cloudcarenetworks.com (including device activation at cloudcarenetworks.com/activate and account management at cloudcarenetworks.com/account), the Cloud Care iOS app, and the connectivity services associated with hardware purchased from us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you purchase, activate, or manage service with us:

  • Contact and account information — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing details.
  • Device identifiers — hardware serial numbers, ICCID, EID, and IMEI values for the devices and SIM/eSIM profiles associated with your service, along with the activation codes used to enroll them.
  • Cellular usage metrics — data-usage measurements reported by our carrier and connectivity partners so that we can display usage in your account, administer plan allotments, and bill correctly.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your full card number is transmitted directly to and stored by Stripe; we never store your card number on our systems. We retain only limited billing metadata (such as card brand, last four digits, and subscription status).
  • Order information — Amazon order IDs used to verify hardware purchases and associate them with your account.
  • Technical and log information — IP addresses, audit logs of account and administrative actions, and session data used to keep you signed in and to secure your account.

2. The Cloud Care iOS App

The Cloud Care iOS app lets you activate devices and manage your service from your iPhone. In addition to the information described above, the app works as follows:

  • Camera — the app requests camera access solely to scan activation QR codes. Scanning happens entirely on your device; camera images are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted off the device.
  • Push notifications — if you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token for your device so we can send service notifications (for example, activation and provisioning status updates). You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Live Activities — the app may display a Live Activity on your lock screen showing the provisioning status of a device you are activating.
  • No advertising or cross-app tracking — the app contains no advertising and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Because we do not track you, the app does not need to show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provision and manage cellular service for your devices with our carrier partners (service is delivered over the AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks);
  • Process subscription billing and payments through Stripe, and administer promotional periods;
  • Send service notifications by email and, if enabled, push notification (activation confirmations, provisioning status, billing notices, and similar service messages);
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, including verifying Amazon orders and activation codes;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, with:

  • Stripe, to process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Carrier and connectivity partners, to provision, operate, and troubleshoot cellular service for your devices;
  • Cloud hosting providers, which host our applications and databases;
  • Amazon, to verify hardware orders associated with activation codes;
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Usage metrics, audit logs, and billing records may be retained after service cancellation where required for these purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and hashing of authentication tokens and session credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access and update much of your information directly in your account at cloudcarenetworks.com/account or in the iOS app. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond consistent with applicable law; note that we may need to retain certain records (for example, billing history) even after a deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
