How it works
Pump stations, wells, tanks and fields are far from wired internet. Sending a truck to read a meter or reset a controller is slow and expensive.
- Connect the PLC, RTU or sensor to the router over Ethernet or serial (RS-232/485).
- The router sends data over LTE or 5G to your SCADA or cloud platform, usually over a VPN.

Yes. Serial modems and routers with RS-232/485 ports bridge legacy controllers onto cellular.
