ProClip USA ModTek Hard Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 and Tab Active3

The ProClip USA ModTek Hard Case, item 216415, is a rugged, exact-fit case for the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 (2024, SM-X300) and Galaxy Tab Active3 (2020, SM-T575). It is the tablet half of the ModTek docking system. Instead of pogo pins, which are exposed to dust, dirt, moisture and bending, the case aligns the tablet's own USB-C port with the ModTek Dock. That connection charges the tablet and carries data at up to 5Gbps, with backward compatibility to USB 2.0 devices.

Protection comes from a top frame and back plate held together with 10 included screws, with machined shock-absorbing springs along the sides. ProClip had the case independently tested for thermal shock, forklift vibration (16Gmrs), 20K USB-C insertions and 6 ft drops to concrete. Finger wells give a secure grip. Cutouts keep all buttons, ports, cameras, the screen and the headphone jack accessible. Secure locking channels hold the case on the dock, and one-handed docking and undocking suits operators who move between vehicle, desk and floor.

All ModTek Hard Cases are universally compatible with the ModTek Dock, so one dock design can serve a mixed fleet. The dock (216410 USB-C 3.1 Dock or 216412 USB-C 3.1 Dock with USB Expansion Hub) and power supplies (216406, 945031, 945032) are sold separately. The case is device specific and is installed on the bare tablet with no skin, case or screen protector. Assembly requires a T10 Torx screwdriver.
