The KOAMTAC 699290 is a Samsung Original Smart Battery for the Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro and Galaxy Tab Active5 rugged tablets. KOAMTAC's Tab Active5 brochure also lists it as compatible with the Tab Active3. It is the genuine OEM part, carried under Samsung SKU GP-PBX300ASABW. Carrying spares means a tablet can be back in service in seconds with a fresh battery, rather than sitting on a charger mid-shift.

The cell is lithium-ion polymer. Nominal voltage is 3.85 V and charge voltage is 4.4 V. Rated capacity is 4900 mAh (18.87 Wh), and typical capacity is 5050 mAh (19.44 Wh). The Tab Active5 Pro has two internal battery slots, while the Tab Active5 uses a single battery, so plan spare quantities for each model.
