Panorama Antennas C240T-15SMAJ 15m CS240 Ultra-Low-Loss Coax Cable, TNC Male to SMA Female

The C240T-15SMAJ is a 15 m Panorama Antennas cable assembly for installations where the antenna sits well away from the router, gateway or radio. It uses Panorama's CS240 cable, which the manufacturer positions for 4G/5G and Wi-Fi installations that need a longer run, and terminates in a TNC male plug at one end and an SMA female socket at the other.

CS240 is a 6.1 mm (0.24 in) double-screened coax: a solid copper inner conductor, foam polyethylene dielectric, bonded aluminium foil secondary shield and a tin-plated copper braid with no less than 93% coverage. Panorama specifies loss no greater than 0.38 dB per metre at 2 GHz, 50 Ω impedance (±2 Ω at 1 GHz, ±4 Ω at 2 GHz), an 84% velocity factor and shielding effectiveness better than -90 dB to IEC 61196-1. Panorama notes that the cable keeps some flexibility despite its attenuation performance, making it suitable for both fixed and mobile applications.

The jacket is low-smoke, flame-retardant TPE (AlphaGary Megolon S540NS) and meets EN45545-2 HL3 for internal and external installations, plus UN ECE R118.03. That makes CS240 a fit for rail and vehicle projects where fire performance of cabling is specified. The cable operates from -40 °C to +80 °C, with a minimum bend radius of 20 mm for a one-time bend and 60 mm for repeated flexing.

For IT and field-operations teams, the practical value is a long, low-loss run that bridges a TNC interface and an SMA interface in a single assembly, with no intermediate adapter, on a cable carrying recognised flammability approvals.
