The IPCMobile CS-LPR1516 Flex Case is a customizable rugged case for Linea Pro Rugged (LPR) 15, 16, 16e, 17 and 17e iPhone barcode scanner sleds. It adds an extra layer of protection and is rated for 1.8 m drops to concrete. The case comes with an adjustable hand strap, a wrist lanyard and interchangeable button inserts. It also serves as the base of the LPR Pistol Grip and works with LPR charging stations.

The IPCMobile Flex Case wraps a Linea Pro Rugged scanner sled, with its iPhone installed, in a customizable rugged shell. It is built for high-volume scanning in retail, warehouse and healthcare environments. Part number CS-LPR1516 fits the Linea Pro Rugged 15, 16, 16e, 17 and 17e. On the iPhone 15 configuration, the mute button insert is left uninstalled.

The case adds protection for daily handling and is rated for a 1.8 m drop to concrete. Each case ships with an adjustable hand strap, a wrist lanyard and five button inserts: one mute, two green and two yellow. The hand strap threads through slots on the back of the case for a secure one-handed grip. The lanyard loops through the case to help prevent accidental drops.

With the LPR installed, the assembly measures 185.3 x 94 x 35.7 mm (7.3 x 3.7 x 1.4 in). The case alone weighs 110 g (3.88 oz), and the case with the LPR weighs 460 g (16.22 oz). The LPR charging port lines up with an opening in the case. The IPCMobile 5 Unit and 1 Unit Charging Stations are available for LPR devices fitted with the Flex Case. The Flex Case is also the base of the LPR Pistol Grip, which adds a handle attachment.

The case operates from 0°C to 40°C and can be stored from -20°C to 50°C, at 5% to 90% RH non-condensing. It meets Prop 65 and RoHS. For cleaning, use a damp cloth or 70% isopropyl alcohol, Super Sani-Cloth or Sani-Cloth Bleach wipes. A quick start guide covers assembly, lanyard and strap installation.
