Cradlepoint COR Extensibility Dock (TAA-170700-000) for IBR900, IBR600C and R500-PLTE Routers

The Cradlepoint COR Extensibility Dock turns a compact COR-series router into a more capable edge platform. It is built for fleet, public-safety, transit and industrial IoT teams who run IBR900/IBR950, IBR600C/IBR650C or R500-PLTE routers and need more connectivity and I/O than the router alone provides. This listing is part TAA-170700-000, the TAA-compliant version of Cradlepoint 170700-000.

The dock adds a dual-modem MC400 expansion slot, so you can install a Cradlepoint MC400 modular modem and run the router in a dual-modem configuration for carrier diversity or failover. It also adds two 10/100 Ethernet ports for cameras, telematics units, card readers or other wired equipment in a vehicle or cabinet.

For vehicle and machine integration, a 2×10 connector provides extra GPIOs (1 input plus 4 I/O), 5 V DC sensor power at 50 mA, and ignition sensing. The dock supports a redundant power supply, which matters in installations where uptime depends on more than one power source. When the MC400 modem you install has GPS capability, the dock adds GPS functionality to the deployment.

The package contains the COR Extensibility Dock only. Modems, cables and mounting hardware are separate. Cradlepoint lists the dock as active and available across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa & Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and it appears in the accessory tables of the IBR600C, IBR900 and R500-PLTE data sheets.
