Havis TC-408 Rugged Tablet Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and S10+

The Havis TC-408 Rugged Tablet Case protects the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S10+ in public safety, utility, warehouse and other demanding environments. Its low-profile, drop-tested design adds protection without making the tablet hard to carry. The camera, speakers and controls stay fully accessible, so the tablet works the same in the case as out of it.

The case is one half of a Havis docking system. It pairs with the Havis DS-TAB-401 Universal Docking Station for TC-400 Series tablet cases, and Havis also offers both together as package PKG-TAB4-SAM2N (DS-TAB-401 and TC-408 with DC power supply 120N-D01-S04-1). When the tablet is away from the dock, the USB-C input port on the case lets it charge and transfer data. A keyed lock adds security in shared or vehicle deployments.

The case also adds features for daily handling. A kickstand props the tablet at a viewing angle, an integrated stylus holder keeps the pen with the device, and a hand strap is included in the box. The gross weight is 1.5 lbs.

Havis tests the design to MIL-STD 810H 514.8 vibration and SAE J1455 30mph crash standards. The latch handle and docking connector mechanism are cycle tested to 30,000 cycles, and the case is tested for hot and cold operation. Regulatory listings include FCC, ICES (Canada) and CE (EMC: EN 55032, EN 50498), along with RoHS and REACH. The case is made in the USA.
