Overview

The Klein TEAM6 is an industrial, drop-in 6-bay multi-charger sold by Sonim as an official accessory for XP Pro, XP10 and XP5plus handsets. Each cup delivers 5V/2.1A of simultaneous power, so up to six phones charge at once, each in under 4 hours. LED indicators show charging and charged status. A North America power supply is included. Model-specific charger pods are sold separately, and six pods complete the system.

The Klein TEAM6 6-Bay Multi-Charger is Sonim's official drop-in charging station for teams that run Sonim rugged handsets. Klein Electronics builds it for Sonim. It charges up to six phones at the same time and doubles as a handset organizer, so crews drop devices into a bay at the end of a shift instead of fumbling with individual cables.

Each cup receives 5V/2.1A of simultaneous power from a 12-24V, 6A input, and a phone charges in under 4 hours. Charging and charged status LEDs make it easy to see which handsets are ready to go. Sonim notes that its certified chargers are designed to optimize battery life. The base carries UL, CUL and CE certification and works in an operating temperature range of 59°F to 86°F.

The TEAM6 base takes user-replaceable, model-specific charger pods. You need the base plus six pods, sold separately, to build a complete TEAM6 charger system. Sonim lists the base as compatible with the XP Pro, XP10 and XP5plus, including XP5plus handsets with or without knobs. It is designed to support newer Sonim handsets as they are released. It is not compatible with the Sonim XP5s or XP8.

The multi-bay unit measures 16.54 x 5.5 x 3.35 inches and weighs 5.05 lbs. The package includes a North America power supply, and international power supplies are sold separately. Sonim backs the TEAM6 with a 3 Year Limited Liability Warranty.
