About This Device
The Digi 76002105 is the factory Wi-Fi antenna for the 6350-SR, EX15, and IX20 router families - a dual-band dipole serving both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios through a single RP-SMA element. When these routers act as the site's access point as well as its LTE WAN, the Wi-Fi antennas are half the user experience.
RF performance is matched to dual-band Wi-Fi service: the element operates from 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (dual-band) and terminates in a RP-SMA plug connector. The RP-SMA plug is deliberately keyed differently from the SMA cellular ports on the same routers, preventing installers from cross-connecting Wi-Fi and cellular during hurried installs.
A router missing one Wi-Fi paddle usually still 'works,' but MIMO drops a stream and coverage quietly shrinks - the symptom is slow Wi-Fi complaints, not an alarm. Auditing sites against full antenna complements and filling gaps with this part is a cheap, measurable fix.
Cloud Care Networks stocks the Digi International 76002105 alongside the gateways and routers it supports, so IT and field-service teams can consolidate antennas, spares, and replacement hardware on a single order.
