Overview

The Advantech ANT-LTE5G-025 is a 5G NR, 4G LTE, 3G and 2G terminal antenna for Advantech cellular routers. It covers 698–960 MHz and 1710–5000 MHz with peak gain up to 4.7 dBi. It connects directly to the router's SMA port through an SMA male connector and hinges 90° so it can stand upright or fold flat. The black PC + ABS radome is rated IP55 and works from -40 to +80 °C.

  • Frequency range 698–960 MHz and 1710–5000 MHz for 5G NR, 4G LTE, 3G and 2G
  • Peak gain up to 4.7 dBi, VSWR ≤ 3.0, 50 Ω impedance, linear polarization
  • SMA male (center pin) connector for direct router mounting
  • Hinged 90° for vertical or angled orientation
  • IP55 black PC + ABS radome, -40 °C to +80 °C working temperature
  • 199 mm × Φ22 mm size, RoHS compliant
  • Covers both LTE and 5G spectrum up to 5 GHz, so it can stay in place when a site moves from an LTE to a 5G router
  • Mounts directly on the router with no cable run or bracket needed

The Advantech ANT-LTE5G-025 is a wideband terminal antenna for cellular routers running LTE and 5G. It covers the 698–960 MHz low band and a continuous 1710–5000 MHz range, which includes the mid-band and 5G NR spectrum up to 5 GHz. It also works with 3G and 2G. It is a 50 Ω linear-polarized antenna with VSWR of 3.0 or better and peak gain up to 4.7 dBi.

The antenna screws directly onto a router's SMA port through an SMA male (center pin) connector. A 90° hinge lets it stand vertically or angle to suit the enclosure and mounting position. It measures 199 mm long and 22 mm in diameter. The black PC + ABS radome is rated IP55 and handles working temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. It is RoHS compliant.

Advantech publishes measured performance in the datasheet. Efficiency peaks at 87.88% at 4720 MHz and exceeds 70% across much of the 1000–2700 MHz range. Measured gain reaches 4.71 dBi at 5000 MHz. Advantech lists this antenna as compatible with a wide range of its routers, including the ICR-2000, ICR-3200 and ICR-4000 series models and the SR300-series routers. Multi-antenna routers use one antenna per cellular port, main and diversity, for full performance.

Ideal for

  • Replacement or spare cellular antennas for Advantech ICR-series routers
  • Main and diversity antennas for dual-port routers such as the ICR-3241
  • Upgrading from LTE to 5G routers without changing antennas
  • Cabinet, kiosk and DIN-rail installations where a folding antenna saves space
