Overview

The Panorama Mako LGMPM4FKJ-6-60 is a white, low-profile vehicle dome antenna with ten functions in one housing: 4x4 MIMO 4G/5G cellular across 617–960 and 1710–6000 MHz, 5x5 MIMO dual-band Wi-Fi, and a GPS/GNSS module with a 26 dB LNA. Every lead is pre-terminated in FAKRA: D for cellular, C for GPS and I for Wi-Fi. The antenna is ground-plane independent and rated IP69K and IK10. It is built for police, ambulance, fire, transit and utility fleets running LTE Cat 18/20 and 5G routers.

The Panorama Mako LGMPM4FKJ-6-60 is a low-profile, panel-mount dome antenna that combines ten antenna functions in one white housing. It has four isolated cellular elements for 4x4 MIMO 4G/5G, five dual-band Wi-Fi elements for 5x5 MIMO, and a GPS/GNSS module. It is designed for vehicles running the latest generation of LTE Cat 18/20 and 5G routers. Every lead is terminated in FAKRA on a 0.3 m pigtail: FAKRA D for cellular, FAKRA C for GPS and FAKRA I for Wi-Fi.

The cellular elements cover 617–960 MHz and 1710–6000 MHz, including Band 71 (600 MHz), in an omnidirectional pattern. Gain is 4 dBi at 617–960 MHz, 8 dBi at 1710–3800 MHz and 9 dBi at 4900–6000 MHz. Panorama rates the Mako as suitable for the FirstNet (USA) and ESN (UK) public safety networks. The GPS/GNSS module covers 1562–1612 MHz and includes an integrated 26 dB LNA with high-quality filtering. The Wi-Fi elements cover 2.4 GHz and 5.0/7.2 GHz.

Installation is through a single hole in the vehicle panel, and a magnetic option is available for temporary fitting. The antenna needs no metallic ground plane, so it keeps its performance on non-conductive roofs. It is rated IP69K and IK10 and operates from -40 °C to +80 °C. The cables are flame retardant and compliant with UNECE R118, and each lead carries a flag for identification during installation.

The four LTE elements can also serve a dual-SIM router in failover as two 2x2 MIMO pairs, with only one SIM active at a time. The antenna is not intended for concurrent or aggregated dual-SIM operation. Panorama's installation instructions explain the correct LTE connections.
