About This Device
Through-hole antennas clamp to a roof or panel with a threaded M18 fixing - and their cables are usually pre-terminated, which turns ordinary nut-and-washer work into a puzzle: a closed fixing cannot pass over a connector. The Panorama SF3-0026 is the answer - a m18 split internal shakeproof washer that opens around the cable and assembles onto the M18 thread in place.
The internal shakeproof teeth bite into the nut face and mounting surface, locking the M18 fixing against the vibration that vehicles and masts deliver continuously. Fitted under the split nut, it is what keeps a correctly torqued antenna base torqued a year later.
Failed or missing M18 hardware is the classic cause of antenna leaks, spin-loose domes, and rattles. Keeping these fixings as documented spares means service work - swapping a gasket, re-torquing a base, moving an antenna between vehicles - never requires sacrificing a factory-terminated cable to do it.
Cloud Care Networks stocks Panorama's mounting and installation hardware alongside the antennas it supports, so site and fleet teams can order the complete install - antenna, mount, cable, and spares - in one place and keep rollouts on a documented bill of materials.
