The Skymirr TAMP141 is an ultra-wideband omnidirectional external antenna that covers the entire 4G LTE and 5G Sub-6 spectrum across three ranges: 617-960 MHz, 1447-2690 MHz and 3300-5925 MHz. It has a hinged SMA (male) connector, reaches up to 82% efficiency and 2.1-6.4 dBi peak gain, and performs especially well in the low 600 MHz bands used by newer 5G networks. It fits routers, gateways, CPE, automotive and IoT devices.
The Skymirr TAMP141 is a high-performance omnidirectional cellular antenna for any wireless device that uses 4G LTE or 5G Sub-6 frequencies. Skymirr designed it for Consumer Premise Equipment (CPE), wireless routers and gateways, automotive devices and IoT hardware such as sensors and trackers. It covers three operating ranges: 617-960 MHz, 1447-2690 MHz and 3300-5925 MHz. This spans the low 600 MHz bands where newer Sub-6 5G service runs, the mid bands that carry most LTE traffic, and the 3.3-5.9 GHz range used for high-capacity 5G.
Skymirr publishes measured results across the whole range. Efficiency peaks at 82.2% at 2170 MHz and stays at 57.7% or higher at every tested frequency. Peak gain runs from 2.1 to 6.4 dBi, with the highest figure, 6.41 dBi, at 3300 MHz. The antenna is vertically polarized with a 50 Ω impedance and an omnidirectional pattern, so it picks up signal from every direction without aiming.
The antenna measures 196.32 mm x 36 mm x Φ13 mm, comes in black or white, and connects through an SMA (male) connector on a hinge. The hinge lets you angle the element upright on the device it is attached to. As a passive antenna it needs no batteries or external power. The TAMP141 is RoHS compliant, and Skymirr publishes a datasheet with full gain, efficiency, VSWR and radiation-pattern data.
It covers 617-960 MHz, 1447-2690 MHz and 3300-5925 MHz, which spans the entire 4G LTE and 5G Sub-6 bands.
It uses an SMA (male) connector on a hinge, so it attaches directly to devices with SMA antenna ports and can be angled upright.
Peak gain ranges from 2.1 to 6.4 dBi depending on frequency. The highest figure, 6.41 dBi, is at 3300 MHz.
No. It is a passive antenna and needs no batteries or external power source.
Skymirr lists wireless routers, gateways, CPE, automotive devices and IoT devices, including sensors, trackers and smart devices, that use 4G and/or 5G Sub-6 bands.
