The Wilson Electronics 301111 is a 32.5-inch directional Yagi cellular antenna for the 700/800/900 MHz bands. It has a 50 Ohm impedance and an N-Female connector, and it mounts on a pole or wall with the included hardware. Aim it at a distant cell tower to pull in low-band signal for a signal booster or cellular gateway at rural sites and fixed installations.
The Wilson Electronics 301111 Yagi Antenna is a directional outdoor antenna built for the 700, 800 and 900 MHz cellular bands. A Yagi concentrates its sensitivity in one direction, so pointing it at a known cell tower collects more usable signal than an omni antenna at the same site. That makes it a strong choice for rural buildings, remote offices and fixed sites where the nearest tower is far away.
The antenna is 32.5 inches long and has a 50 Ohm impedance, which matches 50 Ohm signal boosters and cellular equipment. It carries a 13 dBi gain rating and terminates in an N-Female connector, the rugged standard for outdoor coax runs. The antenna receives the tower signal and passes it down the cable to an amplifier or a connected cellular device. When the device transmits, the signal travels back up the cable and the antenna sends it toward the tower.
The package includes the mounting hardware for pole or wall installation: two U-bolts, two pipe brackets, four 1/4-inch split-lock washers and four 1/4-20 nuts. The 301111 suits installers who need low-band reach toward a single tower rather than broad coverage in every direction.
The manufacturer lists it for 700/800/900 MHz cellular frequencies.
It is designed for pole or wall mounting. U-bolts, pipe brackets, split-lock washers and nuts are included.
It has an N-Female connector and a 50 Ohm impedance.
A Yagi concentrates its gain in one direction. Aimed at a distant tower, it collects more signal than an omni antenna, which works best when towers are nearby or in several directions.
