Inseego MiFi PRO M4 5G Wi-Fi 7 Mobile Hotspot with Gigabit Ethernet, North America

The Inseego MiFi PRO M4 is a 5G mobile router built for enterprise security, performance and control. It replaces risky public Wi-Fi with a protected corporate connection for remote employees, and it also suits permanent deployment in kiosks, surveillance systems, construction trailers and remote offices. This is the North America (NA) SKU, and it is certified for T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon.

Cellular performance comes from the Qualcomm Dragonwing MBB Gen 3 chipset on 3GPP Release 17. The M4 supports NSA, SA and DSS operation, 5G uplink carrier aggregation, 5G sub-6, and 5G mmWave on bands n257, n260 and n261 (Verizon only), with 4G LTE coverage. Two TS-9 ports accept external antennas when signal is weak. The M4 provides simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi 7 with 2x2 SU-MIMO for up to 50 devices, with multiple SSIDs, guest Wi-Fi and privacy separation. A gigabit RJ45 port and a USB-C port for charging and tethering support wired connections for point-of-sale, video conferencing and business applications.

The 5050 mAh Li-ion battery gives up to 8 hours of continuous use. For always-on installs, battery preservation mode supports 24/7 AC operation, and the unit can run on AC with the battery optional. A 2.4-inch color touchscreen shows signal health, network details and guest Wi-Fi controls. Industrial-grade thermals help it avoid the overheating and throttling common with phones and consumer hotspots.

For security, the device is FIPS 140-3 certified and TAA compliant. It adds OpenVPN support, a NAT firewall, a security-hardened web interface, password lockout, anti-CSRF protection and third-party penetration testing. Inseego Connect and the Inseego Mobile app let IT pre-provision, monitor, update and troubleshoot devices remotely, with zero-touch deployment, GPS location and API integration.
