The Netgear Nighthawk M7 (MH7150) is a pocket-size 5G mobile hotspot that shares a 5G or 4G LTE connection over Wi-Fi 7 (BE3600) with up to 32 devices. It runs on the Qualcomm SDX72 platform and accepts a NETGEAR eSIM, a third-party carrier eSIM or a physical SIM. It is certified for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon and unlocked for compatible carriers. A 3850mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of use, and a 2.4-inch color screen shows status at a glance.

The Nighthawk M7 is NETGEAR's 5G portable hotspot for travelers, field teams and small offices that need their own secure Wi-Fi rather than a phone hotspot or public network. It pairs a Qualcomm SDX72 5G modem (5G Sub6 with 3CC NR carrier aggregation, 4G LTE CAT20 with 5CC) with dual-band Wi-Fi 7 rated up to 3.6 Gbps (BE3600, 2+2). Cellular speeds reach up to 4 Gbps where the carrier supports at least 200 MHz of 5G Sub-6. Up to 32 devices can connect at once, with Wi-Fi coverage of up to 2,000 sq. ft.

Connectivity is flexible. You can buy NETGEAR eSIM data plans in the mobile app for 5G/4G coverage in 140+ countries without contracts, or use a physical SIM or a third-party eSIM from your own carrier. In the US the M7 is certified for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Separate US & Canada and Europe & Asia band lists are published for LTE and 5G Sub6. Because the network name stays the same wherever you go, laptops and tablets reconnect without being reconfigured.

For wired use, the USB-C port delivers up to 2 Gbps to Ethernet through an adapter (sold separately). A desktop cradle adds two Ethernet ports for LAN use and fixed-to-cellular failover. Security includes a firewall, WPA3 encryption, hidden SSID, URL and MAC address filtering, and automatic firmware updates. You manage setup, devices and data usage from the NETGEAR app.

The box includes the hotspot with its non-removable 3850mAh battery, a USB Type-C cable, a SIM removal tool and a QR code for the app and quick start guide. NETGEAR publishes a technical specification sheet and a user manual for the MH7150.
