The Honeywell CT45 is a rugged, all-purpose mobile computer for front-line workers in retail, logistics and fieldwork. This CT45-L1N-27D120G configuration is the global WWAN model with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720) touchscreen, 4GB RAM and 64GB flash, the Honeywell S0703 scan engine, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, dual Nano SIMs, Android with Google Mobile Services, a battery, a metal battery latch button, USB 3.0 Type-C with OTG, and push-to-talk support.

For work beyond the four walls, the LTE Advanced radio reaches up to 390 Mbps Cat 13 downlink and 75 Mbps Cat 5 uplink across LTE bands including 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, 66 and 71, with UMTS/HSPA+ fallback. It is AT&T FirstNet compliant. Indoors, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with 802.11k/r/v roaming support and WPA3 security keeps devices on the corporate network, alongside Bluetooth 5.1 and BLE, NFC, and GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou positioning.

The S0703 Standard Range imager reads 1D and 2D barcodes from 0 to 1 m, and the 13MP autofocus rear camera captures proof-of-delivery and damage photos. A Qualcomm QCS4290/QCM4290 octa-core 2.0GHz processor runs line-of-business apps, storage expands with a microSD card up to 512GB, and Honeywell guarantees Android versions from Android 11 to at least Android 13, with committed support for Android 14 and 15 pending feasibility.

At 282 g with battery, the CT45 survives multiple 1.8 m (6 ft) drops to concrete per MIL-STD-810H (2.4 m with boot) and more than 1,500 tumbles at 1 m, with IP68/IP65 sealing and Gorilla Glass 5. The 4020 mAh smart battery is Quick Charge 3.0 compliant, charging fully in under three hours, and works with Honeywell's Universal Dock accessory system.
