This is a demo unit of the Microsoft Surface Pro 10 for Business with 5G in Platinum, the same configuration as EP2-14821. It pairs an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 165U with 32GB of LPDDR5x memory and a removable 512GB Gen 4 SSD. It adds 5G NR and Gigabit LTE with nanoSIM and eSIM, Wi-Fi 7, and a 13-inch 2880 x 1920 PixelSense Flow touchscreen. It runs Windows 11 Pro on Secured-core PC hardware and is a US/Canada SKU.

It shares its configuration with the retail EP2-14821: an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 165U with Intel AI Boost NPU, 32GB of LPDDR5x memory, a removable 512GB Gen 4 SSD and a Platinum anodized aluminum enclosure. It is a US/Canada SKU with English, Canadian French and Spanish language support, and it suits businesses and prosumers who want the full 5G Surface Pro 10 feature set in demo form.
Cellular connectivity comes from an integrated 5G NR SA/NSA modem rated for downlink up to 2.9 Gbps, with 4G Gigabit LTE-Advanced Pro (DL Cat 19, up to 1.6 Gbps) as a fallback. Both nanoSIM and eSIM are supported, and the band list includes n41, n71 and n77 plus LTE bands 2, 4, 12, 13, 14, 66 and 71. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 round out the wireless options. Microsoft rates up to 16 hours of typical use on cellular from the 48 Wh battery.
The 13-inch PixelSense Flow touchscreen offers 2880 x 1920 resolution at 267 PPI, a dynamic refresh rate up to 120Hz, 600-nit SDR brightness and anti-reflective Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Two USB-C ports with USB4/Thunderbolt 4 plus a Surface Connect port provide charging, data transfer and docking for up to two 4K displays.
IT teams get a Windows 11 Secured-core PC with a hardware TPM 2.0 chip, BitLocker support, Windows Hello facial recognition and Surface IT Toolkit. The design is Microsoft's most serviceable Surface Pro, with replaceable display, SSD, battery and other components. It meets MIL-STD 810H testing for temperature, dust, humidity and vibration.
