The Apple iPad (A16) Wi-Fi + Cellular is the 11-inch iPad with its own data connection. This configuration, Apple part number MD7K4LL/A, is the 256GB model in Silver. The MD7K4LL/A part number is a US-market (LL/A) configuration. Cellular support covers 5G (sub-6 GHz) with 4x4 MIMO and Gigabit LTE with 4x4 MIMO across an extensive list of 5G NR, FDD-LTE and TD-LTE bands. The iPad uses eSIM only and does not accept physical SIM cards. Service is data only, with Wi-Fi calling, FaceTime, and relay of calls from a nearby iPhone. Does this iPad use a physical SIM?
No. The iPad (A16) Wi-Fi + Cellular uses eSIM only and is not compatible with physical SIM cards.
Is 256GB worth it over 128GB?
If you store large document sets, offline maps, media or 4K video recorded on the iPad's 12MP camera, 256GB gives you twice the room of the 128GB model with no other hardware differences.
Can it drive an external monitor?
