The Zebra ET401 (ET401EB-301P1B2P-NA) is a 10.1-inch rugged enterprise tablet with an integrated SR500 1D/2D scan engine. It is built for high-volume barcode work in stores, yards and warehouses. This Standard North America configuration combines a 5G Release 17 modem, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 with a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB flash and Android with Google Mobile Services. It is sealed to IP68.

The Zebra ET401 is the next generation of Zebra's ET40 and ET45 Enterprise Tablets, and this part number adds a dedicated scanner. ET401EB-301P1B2P-NA is the 10.1-inch Standard configuration for North America. It pairs 5G, 6GB LPDDR5 RAM, 64GB UFS 2.2 flash and Android GMS with Zebra's SR500 1D/2D scan engine. The SR500 reads barcodes in all lighting conditions, including bright sunlight, and offers a longer range than the SE4100. It uses a yellow LED aimer with red illumination for higher-contrast aiming and can also capture images, documents and OCR text for proof of delivery.
For connectivity, the 5G Sub-6 modem supports NSA and SA, carrier aggregation and private cellular bands, with Dual SIM (nano SIM plus eSIM). Tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with 2x2 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 6.0, dual-band GNSS and a certified NFC stack for payments and wallet passes round out the radios.
The tablet is sealed to IP68 and handles multiple 4 ft. drops to concrete, or 5.1 ft. with the optional rugged frame per MIL-STD-810H. It operates from -4°F to +122°F. The 600-nit WUXGA display sits under Gorilla Glass 5 and accepts bare-finger, gloved or stylus input without changing modes. The 7600 mAh battery is user replaceable, and battery-free operation suits vehicle and kiosk mounts.
Zebra keeps the ET401 on sale for four years and services it for up to eight, with LifeGuard for Android security updates and Zebra DNA management tools.
