Gamber-Johnson Panasonic Toughbook 33 Tablet Vehicle Docking Station with LIND 120W Power Adapter, Full Port, No RF

The Gamber-Johnson Toughbook 33 Tablet Docking Station kit (Gamber-Johnson item 7170-0684-00, Panasonic part number GJ-33TVDF0L) is built for fleets that run the Panasonic Toughbook 33 detachable tablet in vehicles. The kit includes the No RF full port replication docking station (item 7160-0907-00) and a LIND 120W auto power adapter (item 14103). It is used across fire and rescue, public safety, utility, logistics and material handling fleets.

Full port replication turns the tablet into a mobile office. The dock provides two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports (two front-facing and two rear-facing), two RJ45 Ethernet ports, a 9-pin D-Sub serial port, a 15-pin VGA port and HDMI. It also has an external antenna select switch and a 15.6 Vdc power input. To dock, you insert the bottom of the tablet and press the top against the latch until it engages. To release, you push the latch button up with your thumb. Alignment tabs protect the docking connector, and a floating connector keeps the connection reliable under vibration.

The composite dock mounts to a VESA 75 pattern and works in either a horizontal or vertical position. An offset adapter bracket (item 7160-0872) is available as an accessory. The dock fits a tablet fitted with either a hand strap or an additional battery pack. An optional keyed lock adds theft deterrence. The dock is Toughbook Certified by Panasonic and tested to MIL-STD 810G vibration, SAE J1455 crash hazard, 40g mechanical shock and 30,000 latch, lock and connector cycles. It is FCC, CE and RoHS certified and carries a 3 year limited warranty.

This dock is not compatible with CF-33 tablets configured with the 5G option. It is also not compatible with tablets that combine a quick-release SSD or Long Life Batteries with the Panasonic Rotating Hand Strap. A product sheet, installation guide and testing summary are available.
