Overview

The Panorama LGAM4-7-42 is a black Clam low profile IoT antenna with four 4G LTE/5G NR elements for 4x4 MIMO across 698-960 and 1427-4200 MHz. It also includes an L1 GPS/GNSS module with a 26 dB LNA. There are no Wi-Fi elements, which keeps it focused on cellular and positioning. The impact-resistant, UV-stable housing is rated IK10 and IP69K, and all five 2 m flame-retardant cables end in SMA (m) connectors. It suits 5G routers and gateways in IoT, private network and public-area installations.

The Panorama LGAM4-7-42 is the cellular-plus-GNSS version of Panorama's Clam L[X]A[X]M4-7-42[-X] family, a low profile antenna built as a one-size-fits-all solution for IoT. Four 4G LTE/5G NR elements deliver 4x4 MIMO across 698-960 MHz and 1427-4200 MHz. That coverage includes the 3.5 GHz CBRS band and spectrum used by private 4G/5G networks, and it lets a 4x4 5G router use every cellular port.

An L1 GPS/GNSS module covering 1559-1612 MHz, with a 26 dB LNA, adds location and timing. This part has no Wi-Fi elements. It is a clean fit where Wi-Fi is handled elsewhere or not required. Each element is supplied with an integrated 2 m low-loss, flame-retardant cable approved to UN ECE R118, terminated in SMA (m) for plug-and-play connection to routers and gateways.

The 175 x 118 x 56.9 mm housing is made from robust, flame-retardant, impact-resistant plastic. Its curved profile makes it harder to vandalise, and the IK10 rating suits devices located in public areas. The UV-stable enclosure is approved to IP69K. The antenna operates from -40 °C to +85 °C and panel-mounts on conductive or non-conductive surfaces without significant loss of performance.

Panorama positions the Clam for 5G IoT applications, smart agriculture, vending machines, kiosks, street furniture and private 4G/5G networks. A datasheet and installation instructions (SW3-1078) are available for the family.
