The iPad (A16) Wi-Fi + Cellular (Apple part number MD7L4LL/A, US configuration) is Apple's 11-inch iPad with its own mobile data connection. The 256GB Blue model is built for people who work on the move, including field technicians, sales teams, inspectors and educators. It connects over 5G (sub-6 GHz) and Gigabit LTE, both with 4x4 MIMO, across a broad band list. Cellular service is activated through eSIM, and the iPad does not accept physical SIM cards.
The A16 chip has a 5-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. It handles spreadsheets, Keynote presentations, video calls and 4K video editing. The 2360-by-1640 Liquid Retina display runs at 264 ppi with True Tone and 500 nits brightness. It supports Apple Pencil (USB-C) and Apple Pencil (1st generation) for notes and document markup. The Smart Connector works with Magic Keyboard Folio for typing and trackpad control.
For video meetings, the landscape 12MP Center Stage front camera keeps you in frame, and landscape stereo speakers and dual microphones handle the audio. The 12MP Wide rear camera records 4K video at up to 60 fps and captures documents and site photos. Touch ID in the top button secures access and apps.
The USB-C port supports charging, DisplayPort output to one external display up to 4K at 60Hz, and USB 2.0 data.
