The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (SM-S948UZKEXAA) is the unlocked US model in Black with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. It runs on Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy and has a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at up to 120 Hz. Samsung's built-in Privacy Display hides on-screen content from side angles. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is Samsung's top S Series phone, built for professionals who work from their phone all day. This SM-S948UZKEXAA configuration is the unlocked US model in Black with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage (479.3 GB available). The US suffix XAA marks it as the unlocked version, so you can choose your carrier and plan.

It is the first Galaxy phone with a built-in Privacy Display. The panel stays clear when you look at it straight on and dims for people viewing from the side. You can apply it to the full screen, to selected apps, to PIN, password and pattern entry, or only to incoming notifications. Turn it on from the Quick Panel or with a double press of the Side button. The 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display runs at up to 120 Hz and reaches 2600 nits peak brightness. The phone also has a built-in S Pen.

Performance comes from Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. Samsung cites a 39% faster NPU and 24% more graphics performance. Its largest Vapor Chamber yet delivers 21% greater thermal performance. The rear camera system has a 200 MP Wide camera at F1.4, 50 MP telephoto and ultra-wide cameras, and a 10 MP camera. It offers 3x and 5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and records 8K video at 30fps.

For connectivity it covers 5G Sub6 and mmWave (n257, n258, n260, n261), Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, Bluetooth 6.0, UWB and NFC. It takes one nano-SIM plus eSIM, or two eSIMs. The 5000 mAh battery gives up to 31 hours of video playback. Super Fast Charging 3.0 reaches up to 75% in about 30 minutes. The phone is rated IP68 and protected by Samsung Knox. The box includes the phone, a data cable and an ejection pin. A charger is not included.
