The Zebra TC501G-341B2C1AA1-NA is a North America-only configuration of the TC501 rugged mobile computer with a built-in Time-of-Flight (iToF) depth sensor. The Zebra TC501 is a 6-inch rugged Android mobile computer for retail, warehouse, field service and delivery teams, and it replaces the TC52x, TC57x and TC52ax. This configuration, TC501G-341B2C1AA1-NA, is built for North America. Its defining feature is a Time-of-Flight (iToF) sensor that captures depth, distance, presence/absence and volume data in any lighting. Zebra lists this SKU as a supported device for Zebra Mobile Parcel 3.0 (non-certified parcel dimensioning), so parcels and pallets can be measured on the handheld workers already carry.

Connectivity covers a 5G Release 17 modem (Sub-6 NSA and SA) with one physical SIM plus dual eSIM, CBRS (US only) and private cellular bands. It also has tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with MLO and Bluetooth 6.0. The Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 runs at 2.9 GHz and includes a dedicated AI engine. It is paired with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256 GB UFS 3.1 flash and a microSD slot for cards up to 2 TB. The TC501 is IP68 and IP65 sealed. It survives 8 ft drops to concrete at room temperature, or 9 ft with the rugged boot, and it has passed thermal shock testing for workers moving between very different temperatures. The 6-inch AMOLED display reaches 1,500 nits peak behind Gorilla Glass Victus. The standard 5,000 mAh battery is hot-swappable. Security layers include the Secure Element with Android Strongbox, FIPS 140-3 validation, Common Criteria certification and Secure Boot.
