The Zebra TC701 (TC701G-341B2B1A01-NA) is the top memory configuration of Zebra's most rugged TC7 handheld, built for the North American market. It runs a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 at 2.9 GHz with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB flash, on 5G WWAN and Wi-Fi 7. For capture it has an SR560 scan engine, a 50 MP rear camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. It also has a hot-swappable standard battery and a Secure Element.

The Zebra TC701 replaces the TC72 and TC77 and is the most rugged device in the TC7 Series. This TC701G-341B2B1A01-NA configuration is the performance build. The Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 runs at its top 2.9 GHz speed and includes a dedicated AI engine. It is paired with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 flash, plus a microSD slot for cards up to 2 TB. That headroom suits AI, OCR, dimensioning and multi-app workloads.

The SR560 scan engine uses a red laser cross-hair aimer with white illumination. It is designed for moderate to intense scanning, with an improved 2D barcode finder that works in bright sunlight and tolerates motion. This SKU adds a 13 MP auto-focus ultra-wide rear camera (5 cm to infinity) alongside the 50 MP rear camera, for vision applications that need a wider view. Integrated UHF RFID reads more than 200 tags per second up to 2 m. NFC supports EMVCo contactless payment and major wallets.

The 6.0-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display reaches 1500 nits peak under Gorilla Glass Victus and works with gloves and wet fingers. Connectivity includes 5G NR Sub-6 (NSA/SA, Release 17), Gigabit LTE-A, private cellular and CBRS, with one physical SIM plus dual eSIM. It also has tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with MLO, Bluetooth 6.0 and triple-band GNSS.

The TC701 exceeds MIL-STD-810H with 12 ft (3.66 m) drops to concrete and 3,500 1 m tumbles, and it is sealed to IP68 and IP65. The standard 5000 mAh battery hot-swaps.
