Overview

The InHand Networks CR602-NANR is the North America version of the CR602 compact 5G cellular router. It combines 5G NR Sub-6 with peak rates of 7.01 Gbps down and 2.5 Gbps up, Wi-Fi 7 BE3000 dual-band wireless, two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports and triple-SIM failover across two Nano-SIMs and a pre-provisioned eSIM. A removable 10,000mAh battery runs the router for up to 15 hours in 5G mode, so it suits pop-up sites, field teams, events and backup internet. InCloud Manager handles remote management.

The InHand Networks CR602-NANR is the North America ordering code of the CR602, a compact 5G router built for retail stores, small businesses, temporary work sites, outdoor activities and home use. It measures 167 × 102 × 36.5 mm, weighs about 550 g with its battery, and has a foldable external antenna, so it fits in a backpack or toolkit and can also sit on a desk or mount on a wall.

Cellular performance comes from an RG620T 5G module with Sub-6 SA and NSA support and LTE fallback. It reaches peak rates of 7.01 Gbps downlink and 2.5 Gbps uplink, with 300 MHz NR bandwidth and 4CA downlink / 2CA uplink carrier aggregation. Two external foldable and six built-in LDS cellular antennas support signal quality. The triple-SIM design uses two Nano-SIM slots and a factory pre-activated eSIM. You set Primary, Backup 1 and Backup 2 priorities, and the router fails over within seconds on dial failure, three consecutive ICMP timeouts or a monthly data cap.

On the local side, Wi-Fi 7 BE3000 runs 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz concurrently with 160 MHz channels and 4K QAM for up to 32 wireless clients. Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports switch between WAN and LAN, which lets you add a wired uplink and still keep a LAN port. The router supports up to 128 devices in total. Uplink failover covers wired Ethernet, 5G cellular and Wi-Fi client.

The removable, replaceable 10,000mAh lithium battery gives up to 15 hours of continuous 5G operation. It charges over USB-C or from a power bank, and the adapter supports 5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A or 12 V/2.5 A fast charging. The fanless design uses a metal heatsink with smart temperature control. InCloud Manager and its mobile app handle remote monitoring and maintenance.
