This North America configuration pairs data-only 5G with Wi-Fi 6, nano SIM and eSIM support, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash, Google Mobile Services and front and rear cameras, with no barcode scan engine. This configuration, EDA10A-11B094N21UK, is the North America model with data-only 5G and Wi-Fi 6, nano SIM and eSIM support, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash, Google Mobile Services and front and rear cameras. It has no barcode scan engine, which suits teams that need a durable data and communications terminal rather than a scanner. Cellular data requires a separately purchased Advantix WWAN account.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon SM4350-AC octa-core processor running at up to 2.2 GHz drives a 1920 x 1200 Full HD display rated at 550 nits and protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The multi-touch capacitive screen supports glove, wet-hand and oily-hand modes. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) with 2x2 MU-MIMO and WPA3, Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC. The rear camera is a 16 MP autofocus unit for documenting work, and the 8 MP front camera handles video calls.

At 674 g (1.49 lb) and 11.7 mm thick, the EDA10A is easy to carry all day, yet it is IP65 sealed, rated for multiple 1.3 m (4.3 ft) drops to concrete per MIL-STD-810H (2.0 m / 6.6 ft with the optional protective boot), and meets the MIL-STD-810H vibration specification for vehicle mounting. The removable, hot-swappable 8,000 mAh Li-Ion battery is rated for more than 12 hours of runtime, and swapping it keeps the tablet working across shifts.

Honeywell ships the EDA10A with Device Client Pack software, Smart Talk unified communications with push-to-talk, and certification with third-party MDM solutions. This unit carries the Launcher/Browser/Basic TE software configuration, has no government certification, and does not include a power adapter. It is backed by a one-year factory warranty.
