The Fortinet FANT-5IN1-RCT-5M is a five-element external combination antenna for FortiExtender 5G and LTE deployments. Instead of mounting five discrete antennas - and making five holes - installers mount one housing whose elements each feed the gateway through a dedicated 5-meter cable.

The five-meter cable set is the operational point: it lets the FortiExtender sit racked or shelved inside the building while the antenna takes the position with actual signal, up to 5 m away.

Typical placement is a window bay, exterior wall, or equipment-room ceiling above the Fortinet edge stack. Consolidating elements in one housing also keeps cellular MIMO spacing consistent by design rather than by installer judgment.
