The iPhone 18 Pro 512GB Glacier (Apple part number MJQA4LL/A, LL/A US model) is Apple's 6.3-inch pro iPhone. It is built for users who push their phone hard: executives, field leads, content creators and anyone who runs AI-heavy apps all day. The A20 Pro chip combines a 6-core CPU, a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators, a dual 16-core Neural Engine and hardware-accelerated ray tracing. A next-generation vapor chamber keeps the chip cool under sustained load.
The camera system centres on a new 48MP Fusion Main camera with a variable aperture from ƒ/1.48 to ƒ/4.0. The wide setting gathers more light in dim scenes, and the narrower settings give more depth of field. A 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide and a 48MP 4x Fusion Telephoto with tetraprism design complete a 16x optical-quality zoom range. Video tops out at 4K Dolby Vision at 120 fps. For professional workflows it adds ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2, ACES and Genlock support. The 18MP Center Stage front camera covers video calls and selfies.
Connectivity covers 5G sub-6 GHz and mmWave with 4x4 MIMO, Gigabit LTE and Apple's N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread. The iPhone 18 Pro uses dual eSIM only and is not compatible with physical SIM cards. It keeps two lines active and stores eight or more eSIMs. When there is no cellular coverage, Emergency SOS, Messages, Roadside Assistance and Find My all work via satellite.
Battery life reaches up to 24 hours of typical use and up to 36 hours of video playback. The phone charges to 50% in around 15 minutes with a 60W-capable adapter, or 50% in 30 minutes with a 35W adapter and MagSafe Charger (adapters sold separately). MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging run at up to 25W. The USB-C port supports USB 3 at up to 10Gb/s and DisplayPort output.
