iPhone Duo is Apple's first foldable iPhone. This 1TB Night Sky configuration (MK1L4LL/A, US model) opens to a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR folding display that Apple says is 50 percent larger than iPhone 18 Pro Max. Folded, it uses a 5.4-inch outer display. It runs on the A20 Pro chip, connects over 5G (sub-6 GHz and mmWave) with the Apple C2 modem, supports Wi-Fi 7 and dual eSIM, and is rated IP68, all in a titanium foldable design that weighs 254 grams.

Apple iPhone Duo is the first foldable iPhone. Opened, it is the thinnest iPhone Apple has made, at 5.2 mm, and it has the largest iPhone display: a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR OLED folding panel at 1878 x 2670 pixels with a nano-texture finish that reduces glare. The FaceTime camera sits under the display. Folded, the 5.4-inch outer display has more than 90 percent of the screen area of iPhone 18 Pro and includes Dynamic Island. The displays support ProMotion up to 120Hz, 3000 nits peak outdoor brightness and Apple Pencil (USB-C). This configuration is the 1TB model in Night Sky, Apple part number MK1L4LL/A, the US model A3447.
The A20 Pro chip pairs a 6-core CPU with a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators and a dual 16-core Neural Engine to run Apple Intelligence and Siri AI. Cellular connectivity comes from the Apple C2 modem, which supports 5G sub-6 GHz and mmWave and Gigabit LTE, both with 4x4 MIMO. The Apple N1 chip adds Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread. The phone uses dual eSIM only: two eSIMs can be active at once and eight or more can be stored. It does not accept physical SIM cards.
The 48MP Dual Fusion camera system combines a Fusion Main camera, which also gives a 12MP optical-quality 2x telephoto, with a 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide camera. It records 4K Dolby Vision at up to 120 fps. Apple rates battery life at up to 24 hours of typical use. The phone charges through USB-C at up to 10Gb/s with DisplayPort output, and through MagSafe or Qi2 at up to 25W.
For business users, iPhone Duo offers a tablet-sized workspace for documents, dashboards and video calls in a phone that folds into a pocket. It adds Touch ID in the side button, an IP68 rating and satellite features including Emergency SOS, Messages and Find My.

Does the iPhone Duo support 5G?
Yes. The Apple C2 modem supports 5G sub-6 GHz and mmWave with 4x4 MIMO, along with Gigabit LTE. This US model (A3447) covers FDD and TDD 5G NR bands, including n71, n41 and n77, and mmWave bands n258, n260 and n261.
Can I use a physical SIM card in iPhone Duo?
No. iPhone Duo uses dual eSIM only. It supports two active eSIMs and can store eight or more, but it is not compatible with physical SIM cards.
What comes in the box?
