Overview

The Teltonika RUT361 is an industrial LTE Cat 6 router that reaches up to 300 Mbps downlink with carrier aggregation. It is built for IoT and M2M networks that cannot afford downtime. Order code RUT361200800 is the North America hardware version, covering bands including B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B66 and B71. It ships in the standard package with an 18 W US power supply, two LTE antennas and two Wi-Fi antennas for its 2x2 MIMO 802.11b/g/n access point.

The Teltonika RUT361 is a robust cellular router for IoT applications that need uninterrupted connectivity in challenging environments. Order code RUT361200800 is the North America hardware version, supplied in the standard package with a US power supply. Teltonika lists PTCRB, AT&T and Verizon among its operator approvals.

Its LTE Cat 6 module, 3GPP Release 12, supports carrier aggregation for up to 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. This version covers LTE-FDD bands B2, B4, B5, B7, B12, B13, B14, B25, B26, B29, B30, B66 and B71, plus LTE-TDD B41 and B48. Two SMA connectors serve the included LTE antennas, and the status page reports a carrier aggregation indicator alongside RSRP, RSRQ and SINR. Two RP-SMA Wi-Fi antennas drive a 2x2 MIMO 802.11b/g/n access point for up to 50 users, and the router can also run as a Wi-Fi client. One WAN and one LAN 10/100 Mbps port handle wired links. Mobile, wired, Wi-Fi WAN and VRRP connections can each act as an automatic failover, with load balancing across WANs.

RutOS provides firewalling, VLANs, 802.1x, a captive-portal hotspot, and BGP, OSPF, RIP and EIGRP routing. VPN support includes OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, ZeroTier, DMVPN, GRE, L2TP, SSTP and Tinc. Industrial integration covers Modbus TCP, MQTT, BACnet/IP, OPC UA, DNP3 and DLMS, with data delivery to AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Cumulocity and ThingWorx. Up to two configurable digital I/O on the power connector can trigger email, SMS or RMS events.

The anodised aluminium housing measures 100 x 30 x 85 mm and weighs 243 g. The router operates from -40 °C to 75 °C and is rated IP30. It runs on 9 to 30 VDC and draws under 4.7 W at maximum. DIN rail, wall and flat-surface mounting are available with an additional kit.
