The Teltonika RUTX11 (RUTX11300400) is an industrial 4G LTE Cat 6 router for professional deployments that need a fast, dependable cellular link. This North America hardware version is T-Mobile certified. It pairs dual SIM slots with automatic failover, four Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual-band Wave 2 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE and GNSS positioning. It runs RutOS with a full routing, VPN and industrial-protocol stack. The standard package includes an 18 W US power supply and a complete antenna set.

The Teltonika RUTX11 is a gigabit cellular router built for professional applications that need reliable, high-throughput connectivity. Its LTE Cat 6 module reaches up to 300 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up with carrier aggregation. This RUTX11300400 SKU is the North America hardware version and is T-Mobile certified. It covers LTE-FDD bands B2, B4, B5, B7, B12, B13, B14, B25, B26, B29, B30, B66 and B71 and LTE-TDD bands B41 and B48. This hardware version does not include TPM or eSIM.

The RUTX11 has two Mini SIM slots. The router can fail over automatically between carriers, and SIM idle protection periodically brings up the unused SIM so the card is not blocked. Wired, mobile, Wi-Fi WAN and VRRP links can each serve as automatic failover, or you can load-balance traffic across multiple WANs. Four Gigabit RJ45 ports (1 WAN, 3 LAN) support port- and tag-based VLANs. Dual-band Wi-Fi 5 with MU-MIMO serves up to 150 simultaneous users, and Bluetooth 5.0 LE and multi-constellation GNSS are built in. Devices can be powered by passive PoE on LAN1 or the 4-pin 9–50 VDC industrial connector.

RutOS, which is based on OpenWrt, provides BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP and policy-based routing. VPN options include OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, DMVPN, ZeroTier and Tailscale. For industrial and building systems, the router supports Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, BACnet, DLMS and MQTT. It connects to Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, ThingWorx and Cumulocity. Fleets can be managed through Teltonika RMS, TR-069, SNMP or the Web API.

The RUTX11 is rated for -40 °C to 75 °C with an IP30 housing. That makes it suited to cabinets, kiosks, vehicles and remote sites. The standard package includes the router, an 18 W PSU, two mobile antennas, two Wi-Fi antennas, a GNSS antenna, a Bluetooth antenna, an Ethernet cable, a SIM adapter kit and a quick start guide.
