The Ubiquiti Mobile Router Ultra (UMR-Ultra-US) is an ultra-compact managed LTE Cat 4 router for IoT applications. It pairs an LTE radio rated at 150 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up with wired and Wi-Fi WAN, automatic priority fallback, OpenVPN and WireGuard clients, and IPsec or WireGuard site-to-site VPN. At 84 x 82 x 26 mm and 5.7W maximum draw, it runs from USB-C or 9-30V DC and mounts on DIN rail or wall.

The Mobile Router Ultra is Ubiquiti's smallest managed LTE router, built for IoT endpoints, kiosks, signage, vending and control panels where space and power are limited. It holds FCC, IC, PTCRB, GCF, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications, and it is NDAA compliant.

Its LTE Cat 4 radio supports bands B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B25, B26, B66 and B71 with rated throughput of 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, using a nano SIM. Cellular, Ethernet and Wi-Fi can each serve as WAN with priority and fallback, so a site can run on a wired connection and switch to LTE automatically. LTE passthrough and Ethernet bridge modes are available, along with OpenVPN and WireGuard clients, IPsec and WireGuard site-to-site VPN, firewall, port forwarding and static routes.

Local connectivity comes from two Fast Ethernet RJ45 ports and 1x1 Wi-Fi 4 on 2.4 GHz at up to 150 Mbps. Antennas are external, two LTE on SMA female and one Wi-Fi on RP-SMA female, so they can be relocated for better signal. Power is flexible: USB Type-C at 5V/2A or a 4-pin ATX DC input accepting 9-30V DC, with a maximum consumption of just 5.7W.

The polycarbonate enclosure measures 84 x 82 x 26 mm without antennas and weighs 200 g. A steel DIN rail mount and polycarbonate wall mount are included, and the router operates from -30 to 70 °C at 10 to 90% noncondensing humidity.
