Inseego Wavemaker FX3110 5G Indoor Router with Wi-Fi 6 and Dual SIM (North America)

The Inseego Wavemaker FX3110 is a compact 5G fixed wireless router for businesses that need fast broadband without a wired line, or a dependable backup to one. It is the North America multi-carrier SKU of the FX3100 series, certified for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and UScellular. Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon X62 5G Modem-RF System, supporting 5G sub-6 GHz in SA and NSA modes with NR carrier aggregation (including full n77 C-band), DSS, SRS antenna switching, CBRS, 256 QAM and 4x4 MIMO, with LTE Cat 19 and 4x4 MIMO LTE as fallback.

On the local side, dual-band 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MU-MIMO supports up to 64 connected devices, with multiple SSIDs, guest Wi-Fi, WPA/WPA2/WPA3 and Wi-Fi privacy separation. Two 1 Gbps WAN/LAN ports allow primary or failover wired use, a USB 3.1 Type-C port handles data and tethering, and an external antenna port with two TS-9 connectors improves reception in difficult locations. Dual nano SIM slots add multi-carrier redundancy with automatic switching.

Security covers secure boot, AES 256 encryption, FIPS 140-2 certification, an advanced NAT firewall, IPsec VPN and OpenVPN, encrypted configuration backup and restore, and a hardened web interface with password hashing, session timeout, lockout and anti-CSRF protection. Networking tools include port forwarding and filtering, DMZ, MAC filtering, static IP, band lock, auto and custom APN, out-of-band management and automatic WAN switching.

Setup runs through the Inseego Mobile app, and Inseego Connect adds cloud-based remote management, zero-touch provisioning and API support across multiple sites. At 6.3 x 3 x 2 in and 8.6 oz, it sits discreetly on a desk or shelf and operates from 32 °F to 104 °F. A datasheet is available from Inseego. A data plan is required.
