The Honeywell CT47-X1N-5ED1E1G is the global NI/ATEX configuration of the CT47 ultra-rugged 5G mobile computer with Honeywell's FlexRange XLR scan engine. It reads barcodes from 3 inches up to 80 feet. The unit adds 8GB RAM, 128GB flash, a 5.5-inch Full HD touchscreen, Wi-Fi 6E, push-to-talk and Android with Google Mobile Services. It suits hazardous-area warehouse, manufacturing and field operations that need long-range scanning.

The Honeywell CT47-X1N-5ED1E1G combines the CT47's longest-reaching data capture with an NI/ATEX battery configuration for hazardous-area work. This is the global SKU, and it ships with Android and Google Mobile Services on Honeywell's Mobility Edge platform. The CT47 was released with Android 12, and Honeywell guarantees support through Android 15.
The FlexRange XLR scan engine captures 1D and 2D barcodes from 3 inches (8 cm) up to 80 feet (24 m). One device can read a label in hand and a tag on a top rack location, which lets operations standardise on fewer device types. A 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera support imaging and facial-recognition login, and a fingerprint sensor adds multi-factor biometric security.
For connectivity, the device offers 5G FR1 and LTE Advanced (up to 390 Mbps CAT13 downlink) with 4x4 MIMO on key bands. It supports CBRS and private networks, Wi-Fi 6E with 2x2 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2 with BLE, one nano SIM plus one eSIM, and push-to-talk. Performance comes from a Qualcomm QCS6490/QCM6490 octa-core 2.7 GHz processor with 8GB DDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS flash, expandable by microSD up to 2 TB.
The CT47 is certified to IP65 and IP68, uses Gorilla Glass 5, and survives multiple 8 ft drops to concrete per MIL-STD-810H, or 9 ft with the protective boot. It also exceeds 3,500 tumbles at 0.5 m.
